The French class will be spending the day in Chattanooga visiting French restaurants and the Hunter Museum.
Time: Leave school at 8:00 AM and return by 2:45.
Location: Chattanooga, including Hunter Museum, Niedlov's Bakery, and Adelle's Crêperie.
Travel: All students will be riding with Ms. Jenn Hess.
I/we, the parents/guardians of [student listed below] do hereby authorize and give permission for Tennessee Christian Preparatory School and/or its duly authorized agent or representative, to authorize any medical needs of my child while participating in any sports event or school trip during transportation to said events. I release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless, Tennessee Christian Preparatory School and all chaperones, directors for personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the above child while in play, in transportation, or during scheduled events. Tennessee Christian Preparatory School will assume no responsibility for travel on designated school transportation.
