Tennessee Christian's middle school students will be going off campus on March 28, 2023. The students will be attending Lee University for a theater production. Jack's Tale will be performed in the morning starting at 10:00 AM. Students will be riding a bus to Lee University and we will leave at 9:15 to arrive in plenty of time for a restroom break before the production. Middle School teachers will attend the production as chaperones. The middle school students should be back on campus in time for lunch and afternoon bible and elective classes.

I/we, the parents/guardians of [student listed below] do hereby authorize and give permission for Tennessee Christian Preparatory School and/or its duly authorized agent or representative, to authorize any medical needs of my child while participating in any sports event or school trip during transportation to said events. I release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless, Tennessee Christian Preparatory School and all chaperones, directors for personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the above child while in play, in transportation, or during scheduled events. Tennessee Christian Preparatory School will assume no responsibility for travel on designated school transportation.
